Energetic and spiritual methods

Integrative psychotherapy methods
The PEAT methods were developed in 1999 by clinical psychologist Živorad Slavinski.
Their main advantage compared to traditional psychotherapy is the speed of transformation.
They provide the fastest help in resolving a wide range of issues, including:

  1. Emotional traumas – such as stress, fear, sadness, anger, or anxiety.
  2. Negative patterns of thinking and behavior – including self-sabotage, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or addictions.
  3. Fears and phobias – releasing deeply rooted fears and anxiety.
  4. Creative blocks – freeing yourself from inner barriers that suppress creative expression.
  5. Relationship issues – resolving conflicts and unconscious patterns in interpersonal relationships.
  6. Somatic problems – releasing physical tension or pain connected to emotional states.
  7. Limiting beliefs – transforming negative beliefs that restrict personal growth and success.
In essence, PEAT is a method that helps resolve problems on the emotional, mental, and energetic levels, allowing you to release negative experiences and achieve inner harmony.
PEAT methods are most effective for people who want to overcome emotional blockages, traumas, and negative patterns of thinking or behavior, as well as for those seeking a fast and concrete way to improve mental health and self-awareness.
The effects you experience after the process include:
  • A large amount of your life energy, which was previously used to suppress emotions and maintain inner tension, is now freed and returned to you — felt as motivation, vitality, and enthusiasm.
  • You step out of the vicious cycle of repetitive life situations, as unconscious patterns and “inner programs” lose their charge.
  • Your relationships harmonize, and by releasing energetic blockages, everything you consciously choose begins to flow into your life freely.
  • For some, it may be the first time they truly feel free — and that freedom only expands with every new process, as layer by layer of the unconscious is released.
Anyone who is genuinely ready to approach these processes deeply and seriously will, after some time — measured in months — have the opportunity to return to themselves.
