Energetic and spiritual methods

Identity - Based Integrative psychotherapy methods
PEAT (Primordial Energy Activation & Transcendence) is a method of direct work on identity formed through emotional experiences and inner conflicts.
PEAT does not work only on symptoms (anxiety, stress, relationship issues),
but on the inner identity roles from which these problems continually arise.
Simply put:
behavior does not change — the identity that creates the behavior does.

WHO PEAT METHODS ARE FOR

PEAT work is for people who:
• feel they keep “reacting the same way,” even though they want to respond differently
• recognize that the way they experience themselves is limiting them
• live from an identity patterned around struggle, pressure, control, or withdrawal
• repeat the same patterns in relationships, work, and life choices
• no longer want to “work on themselves,” but want to change the foundation they live from

WHAT PEAT METHODS SPECIFICALLY RESOLVE

Through identity-based work, PEAT processes resolve:
• anxiety, stress, and chronic tension
• self-sabotage and inner inhibition
• frequently repeated emotional reactions (anger, fear, guilt, sadness)
• identities such as “I must endure,” “I must control,” “I am not enough”
• fears and phobias
• blocks in relationships and intimacy
• physical tension connected to suppressed emotions
• limiting beliefs that are part of one’s self-image

Not just a single problem is resolved.
The identity that generated all of these problems is resolved.
HOW IDENTITY WORK HAPPENS THROUGH PEAT

During a PEAT process:
• opposing parts of identity are brought into awareness
• emotional and energetic charge is released
• inner conflicts come to completion
• the energy that maintained the identity is freed
When the identity is resolved,
the problem no longer has a structure from which it can reappear.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER THE WORK

After identity-based PEAT work, people most often notice:
• calmer reactions in situations that were previously triggering
• the absence of inner struggle
• more clarity and stability in decision-making
• changes in relationships without the need to change or control anyone
• a greater sense of freedom and presence
The change is not temporary, because it does not rely on discipline or control.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

PEAT is not counseling, coaching, or talk therapy.
It is a method for bringing to completion identities formed through trauma and inner conflict.

CLOSING

When an identity formed for survival completes its role,
the struggle with oneself comes to an end.
And then, there is an opportunity to
RETURN TO ONESELF.
