I really love PEAT.
You wouldn’t think it’s something special at first — but it’s incredibly powerful and works on such a deep level.
When it comes to my lifelong topic — my children — I’ve resolved so much.
I no longer feel emotional charge around those problems; I experience them differently, and the issues seem to fade away on their own.
It’s as if I’ve released my children from my own energy — and now they can finally live freely.
In everyday life, whenever I feel something minor — for example, someone irritates me for no real reason — I simply do a PEAT process.
